The Summer I Turned Pretty was the show of 2022’s summer. Naturally, with Taylor Swift songs and the typical high school summer drama I was drawn to it.

In my opinion, Belly should be with Conrad. If we are talking being relationship material he is the more mature one of the brothers which is what I see Belly needing in a relationship.While it may seem that his feelings are constant, it’s because he has his plate full. He found out that his father cheated on his mother and that her cancer treatment isn’t working. He has every right to lash out. If this happened in my life, I would have acted way worse than Conrad has.

History-wise

Conrad is who Belly has always had a crush on. He has been there to tutor her with math. He knows her and has seen her grow. Jeremiah just feels like a stop along the way. He has never had feelings for Belly so it just feels like he just wants what his brother wants. It doesn’t help that he is also a player and is not the type to stay in a relationship. He is the fun and goofy sibling, he’s the one people go to in order to get a laugh. Overall, Conrad is the right pick as he is what Belly sees in a relationship,
