Ed Westwick was spotted in Chelsea, specifically on 25th and 8th ave. He was said to be filming the Halloween episode for Gossip Girl. Many girls flocked from all over, waiting since 8 in the morning. I stopped by and actually almost touched him. How far would you go to see your favorite celebrity?
